Ingredients (for 2 glasses)
- 10 cl Night Orient Alcohol-Free Amaretto
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 egg whites (or 4 cl aquafaba for a vegan version)
- 1 slice of dried lemon per glass
- A few lightly sweetened popcorns
- Ice cubes
Preparation
1. Pour into a shaker: the alcohol-free amaretto, lemon juice, and egg whites (or aquafaba).
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds to create foam.
3. Add ice cubes and shake again for 10 seconds to chill.
4. Strain and pour into an old fashioned glass.
5. Garnish with a slice of dried lemon and a few popcorns on top.
